Neatly dressed intercom wiring panel installed by Pinnacle Systems at a school

School Intercom, Bell & Emergency Paging Systems

The daily heartbeat of a school — bell schedules, synced clocks, all-call paging, and emergency alerts that work the first time, every time.

Pinnacle Systems installs and services intercom, bell, clock, and paging systems for K-12 schools and districts across Indiana. We're certified on Valcom and other leading platforms, and our technicians are OSHA-trained for work in occupied buildings — which means we can upgrade a school over a summer or work around the school day without disrupting classes.

From a single building to a district-wide system with one-touch emergency alerting, we design communication systems administrators can trust when it matters most.

Questions

Asked & answered.

Can you replace an old school intercom system?

Yes. Many Indiana schools are running intercom systems that are decades old. We assess what wiring can be reused, design a modern replacement, and typically install over summer break or around the school day.

Do your systems support emergency alerts?

Yes — one-touch emergency paging for lockdown, severe weather, and evacuation is a core part of every school system we design, with pre-recorded or live announcements to every zone.

Do you work with school corporations and bids?

We regularly work with Indiana school corporations, facilities directors, and general contractors, and we can respond to formal bids and RFPs.

Which school systems have you worked with?

Recent K-12 work includes Clinton Central Schools intercom and paging, and cafeteria, band room, and camera installations at Hamilton Heights schools. Our team's broader education experience includes university auditoriums, athletic fields, and performing arts centers.
